Caroline Faivre

Certified Organic beekeeper — Dumbéa — Niaouli honey

A harvest shaped by rigour

Every year, Caroline Faivre harvests 6 to 8 tonnes of certified organic honey on Caledonian land. Facing a saturated local market, she is investing in the future with an ambitious project: building a honey house to European standards to export this exceptional product beyond Le Caillou.

Know-how in service of a rare asset

In her work, she collaborates with Cédric Belpatron, a beekeeping technician at the Technopole, to preserve a rare asset: bees free of the Varroa parasite. This daily vigilance, combined with strictly organic practices, guarantees a honey of rarely matched purity.

A passion passed down in every jar

For Caroline, every harvest is the result of constant attention to her hives and their environment. It is this demanding, sincere passion for Caledonian beekeeping that comes through in the pale hue and floral sweetness of OROA's niaouli honey.
