Beekeepers — Poya — Wildflower honey, harvested together
Diversity as a philosophy
Pascal Fougliani and Mathieu together manage a deliberately diverse apiary in the commune of Poya, spread across several sites with complementary blooms. Their shared goal: give the bees permanent access to a wide range of nectars, for a rich, balanced wildflower honey that mirrors Caledonian biodiversity.
Working as a pair, through the seasons
Every hive move is planned and carried out together, in step with local blooms. This long-standing collaboration lets them preserve the balance of their colonies while guaranteeing a generous, regular harvest, without ever exhausting a single area.
A passion for approachable honey
Pascal and Mathieu like to point out that wildflower honey is often people's first encounter with the richness of Caledonian terroir. It is this shared wish to share a soft, round, versatile honey — never compromising on quality — that drives every one of their harvests.

This wildflower honey is also harvested by Léa Dumont, in the commune of Moindou.
