What wildflower honey tastes like
Wildflower honey comes from the nectar of many flowers visited over the season. Its make-up mirrors the diversity of the landscapes around the apiaries: each harvest has its own nuance, always soft and balanced.
It is harvested in Poya by Pascal Fougliani and Mathieu, and in Moindou by Léa Dumont. Their apiaries, spread across several sites with complementary blooms, give the bees a wide range of nectars all year round.
Where our wildflower honey comes from
Poya and Moindou, a patchwork of landscapes
Poya and Moindou, on the west coast, combine plains, savannahs and wooded hills. This patchwork of landscapes offers the bees an almost continuous bloom, which the beekeepers follow by carefully moving their hives.
