What mango blossom honey tastes like
In spring, the mango trees are covered with small flowers that bees love. The honey they produce surprises with its fruity notes and indulgence, without containing any fruit at all.
Sonia Dubois keeps her hives in Pouembout, in the heart of the mango orchards. Working closely with neighbouring growers, she places her colonies right next to the flowering trees to gather a concentrated nectar at just the right moment of the season.
